10X Recruiting Partners is a premium search firm that specializes in professional positions in Finance/Accounting, Sales, Healthcare, Municipality, HR, Construction, and
Technology. 10X has a uniquely effective process to quickly deliver the very best candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
As a 10X Referral Partner, you will be rewarded with the following commission opportunities in perpetuity:
- 10% of all fees received by 10X from a referred client. (Example: $100k salary at 25% = $25,000 placement fee = $2,500 referral fee or $25,000 in referral fees from that client at 2 placements per year over 5 years)
- 5% of all fees received by 10X from any 1st level Referral or Recruiting Partner you bring into the 10XRP Program
- 2.5% of all fees received by 10X from any 2nd level Referral or Recruiting Partner brought into the 10XRP Program via your 1st level Referral or Recruiting Partners
